Gear Hobbing & Shaving

Our core expertise lies in gear manufacturing using advanced CNC hobbing and shaving technologies. We produce spur gears, helical gears, bevel gears, worm gears, gear shafts, and internal gears with module range M0.5–M12.

OEM & ODM Precision Machining

We offer full-service custom manufacturing from engineering drawings, samples, or 3D models. From gear shafts and splined shafts to custom mechanical components, we handle the entire production chain.

  • CNC turning (shafts up to 1000mm), CNC milling (4/5-axis)
  • Spline hobbing & rolling, keyway broaching
  • Cylindrical & centerless grinding, heat treatment (carburizing, nitriding, induction)
